Teriyaki Wagyu

with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients:
Wagyu meat | sea salt | watercress | white onions | ice water

Preparation:
Pat the wagyu dry and sprinkle with some sea salt. Brown the meat briefly on both sides (2.5 to 3 minutes). Take it out and let it rest for a while. Cut the meat into thin slices. Use watercress and white onions as a garnish. Wash the white onion in ice cold water to make them nice and crispy.
