
Ingredients:
minced chicken thighs | tomatoes | Thai basil | fish sauce | chili pepper | lime | carrot | lettuce
Preparation:
Heat a dash of oil in a pan and gently fry the minced chicken in it. Cut the tomatoes into coarse cubes and add them. Along with 4 sprigs of Thai basil. Fry this together for 2 minutes, drain off any excess liquid. Then add the Thai sweet basil sauce together with the fish sauce. And heat the carrot for another 30 seconds. Cut the chili into thin rings. Remove the leaves from the lettuce and cut the lime into wedges. Fill the lettuce leaves with some of the minced chicken mixture. And garnish with the thai sweet basil and chili and lime.
