
Ingredients:
chicken thighs | salt and pepper | potato starch | egg | oil | soy sauce
Preparation:
Cut the chicken thighs into small cubes. Make a marinade of salt and pepper, oil and soy sauce. Let the chicken marinate for 20 minutes. Then mix with potato starch, egg and tempura flour. Fry the chicken cubes briefly. Lightly wok the onions, bell pepper and asparagus in a pan with a dash of oil. Add sauce, add chicken, stir, and enjoy.
