Spicy Green Curry

with Green Curry Sauce

Ingredients:
onion | garlic | chili pepper | fish sauce | coconut milk | lime | large shrimp | Asian vegetables | Thai basil

Preparation:
Heat a dash of oil in a large pan. Peel and cut the onion into half rings. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Halve the chili pepper and cut it into half rings. Fry the onion, garlic and chili in the oil for about 1 minute. Now add the curry sauce together with the coconut milk and two tablespoons of fish sauce. Now add the vegetables and shrimps and let them cook for about 3 minutes. Now add the basil, reserving a few leaves for garnish. Serve the curry with pandan rice.
