Shrimp | potato starch | Chinese vegetable mix | pepper and salt
Preparation:
Clean the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let the shrimp marinate lightly, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with potato starch and fry briefly at 160-180 degrees. The skin of the shrimp will then become nice and crispy and it is easy to peel off the shrimp. Serve with vegetable garnish and sauce. Enjoy!
