Japanese Trio

with Teriyaki Tamarin

Ingredients:
Wagyu beef | carrot | bell pepper | white onion | zucchini | head of iceberg lettuce | asparagus | cucumber | eggplant | king prawns | rettich

Preparation:
First dish: Wagyu beef with seasonal vegetables. Finely chop all vegetables and fry briefly. Carrot, bell pepper, onions, fry briefly, serve in an iceberg lettuce leaf. Slice the Wagyu beef very thinly and serve raw on top of the vegetables. Second dish: Asparagus, carrots and cucumber sliced very thinly, shrimp fried briefly in oil and salt. Third dish: Finely chopped vegetables (zucchini, onion, peppers, carrots). The checkerboard is made of cubes of aubergine and bell pepper. Serve the lettuce on a bed of Rettich.
