Chicken Deluxe

with Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients:
chicken thighs | chicory | lotus root | green beans | mushrooms

Preparation:
Cut the chicken thighs into equal pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken in a dash of oil in the pan until the skin is golden brown. Bake the other side only briefly. Place the chicken in a baking dish in a preheated oven for 9 to 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Fry mushrooms briefly in oil. Scrape very thin slices of the lotus root and fry them briefly. Blanch the green beans lightly in boiling water, about 5 minutes. Fry chicory briefly in a pan. Mix with sauce and serve.
